At Orana Denmark we do Co-Packing
Our Co-packing facilities can offer you; control packing, branded label and private labelling.
We are ready to meet you at any stage from idea development of product recipes, which can be tailor-made as per your requirements, to incorporation of your recipe. Our Co-Packing services also include supply of packaging solutions, and we support you with our services all through the process until product successfully launched.

GLASS BOTTLING LINE
CANISTERS
Our filling line for canisters can handle co-packing of cordials and juices. The canisters can contain 5 and 10 liters.
BAG-IN-BOX
In Orana Bag-in-Box filling line we can co-pack juices and post mixes in Bag-In-Boxes of 3, 5 and 10 liters. The facility can fill both conventional and organic products into Bag-In-Box.
SHOT FILLER
Our shot filler is co-packing bottles in the sizes from 60 ml to 200 ml with screw caps. The shot bottles can be filled with either coldfilled conventional or hotfilled organic products.
IDEA AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Maybe you have a specific product idea, or you want our products ideas for a particular target consumer group and market segment. Maybe your need is a reformulation of an existing product of your portfolio, such as sugar reduction. The entries can be many, and we are here, ready to meet you whatever your needs. With Innovation Centers in four different countries on different continents, we have extensive knowledge of the world’s main markets.
Our innovation is built on curiosity – for great taste and how to design and develop the most tasteful products, but also for the latest technologies and product trends. We continue exploring new ideas and concepts in close collaboration with our customers.
PACKAGING SOLUTIONS
At an early stage of the project, we will discuss the possible packaging solutions including everything from unit packaging (bottles, canisters, bag-in-boxes) to outer-packaging (cartons or boxes) and labels including requirements for barcodes and other details. For labels we provide ingredients list as well as nutritional facts and other required information. Our customers normally take care of the design of unit labels, while we can provide full detailed labels for outer packaging.
MIXING
Once we have reached an agreement on product, packaging as well as prices and commercial conditions,
we can do full mixing of the product including the prior purchase of raw materials, but the agreement may also be based on customers supply of already mixed bases ready for filling.
FILLING

ENDORSEMENTS
The Orana bottling facility is authorized by Fødevareregion Fyn. This authorization includes filling and packing of various liquid foods, etc.
